2. Service Description

GrowzasAI provides a SaaS platform that connects WooCommerce stores with the WhatsApp Business API for automated messaging and customer engagement. We do not provide the WhatsApp service itself, which is owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• You agree not to use our service for sending spam, unsolicited marketing, or any illegal content.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Our services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by Meta, network providers, or your WooCommerce server configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowzasAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
